's-Hertogenbosch, or Den Bosch, is the provincial capital of North Brabant. With its beautiful, but above all cosy historic city centre, its good/direct accessibility by both private and public transport, with its wide range of cultural facilities, with its extensive facilities level in terms of health institutions and schools and with its many green spots in the immediate vicinity, it is an ideal place to live, work and recreate.

Maaspoort is a neighbourhood and district of the municipality of 's-Hertogenbosch. It is located north of the A59 motorway and at some distance from the city centre. The district includes 11 neighbourhoods. The actual realisation of the district started in 1977. Maaspoort is characterised by different architectural styles, in both low-rise and high-rise buildings; think of the unique, nationally known so-called spherical houses. Facilities at neighbourhood level are sufficient; (primary) schools, a shopping centre that will be extensively renovated in 2022-2023, sports facilities and recreational facilities (think of the Noorderplas!).

There are two housing types: housing type 570 (with a nave size/house width of 5.7 metres) and housing type 600 (with a nave size/house width of 6 metres). Some type 600 homes have a garage.
On the ground floor, the houses are largely the same in terms of layout. You enter through the entrance hall where you will find the toilet and staircase. The Z-shaped living room has a semi-open kitchen with built-in appliances. Through sliding doors you walk into the back garden. Ideally, the storage room is accessible from the kitchen and the garden. In the storage room are the connections for the washing machine and dryer.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Type 600 also has an extra shower room (with washbasin).
The homes will be made more sustainable in 2022 and have solar panels, among other things.
