The flat features a fully fitted kitchen including built-in appliances such as a dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, hob and storage space. The bathroom is also fully fitted. There is a communal car park on the premises for residents’ free use. There are a number of charging points, which every resident can use. In addition, there is a communal cycle shed where you can store and charge a bicycle or mobility scooter.
There is a communal lounge in both the villa and the new-build. The community manager can be found here, and this is where communal activities take place. A caretaker is also on duty for 8 hours a week, spread over 2 days. On the first floor of the villa, there is a guest room which residents’ visitors can use for a fee.
