The flat has a living area of approximately 67 m² and comprises an L-shaped living room with a straight-line kitchen, two bedrooms and a storage room. The bathroom is accessible directly from the master bedroom, as well as from the hall.

The flat is fitted with a luxury kitchen complete with built-in appliances. This includes the convenience of a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, combination microwave and fridge-freezer.
