Cederstaete
The two urban villas that make up Cederstaete stand out because of their tight façade lines. The red brick gives the buildings a robust yet warm appearance. The many glass panes and natural colours give the two buildings a transparent, open and friendly atmosphere.
The urban villas each contain 17 spacious flats spread over four floors. 25 flats are rented out. The net floor area of the flats ranges from around 75 m² to 104 m². This excludes the storage room and the balcony or terrace.
Each flat has its own terrace (ground floor) or balcony. The balconies are at least 6 m², while the balconies at the penthouses measure as much as about 25 m².

At Archipel, tenants clients can call on care, alarm and household services, but Berkenstaete also offers Son residents a cosy restaurant De Gasterij, a hairdresser, physiotherapist and a shop. All
facilities that are within easy reach for the residents of Acacia- and Cederstaete.
