The Anton Ebbenhof is part of the family-friendly residential area of Stappegoor, in the south of Tilburg. You live here in a quiet spot in a spacious neighbourhood with lots of greenery, but with all the amenities of the city of Tilburg within easy reach. Just a stone's throw away, for example, you will find a large supermarket, a versatile sports centre and the main location of Fontys Hogescholen in Tilburg. No, we are talking about the Koning Willem II Barracks, which was also known as Boost Barracks or Frontier Battalion Barracks. The barracks function ceased in 1993, after which the building had a few other uses, before it was decided some years ago to turn it into a residential complex.

This renovation has now been completed, and the result is quite something. Some parts of the original barracks have remained intact, so you live here in a particularly characterful location.
