**Ravensteinerf:**
The properties on Ravensteinerf form part of the ‘De Citadel’ project and are situated in Reeshof. Reeshof is an attractive neighbourhood in a very convenient location. With a shopping centre, primary schools, secondary schools and various community centres, the local amenities are excellent. The neighbourhood is easily accessible thanks to its own railway station and various bus services. The townhouses are situated along the water’s edge. There is only a small pedestrian area between the houses and the adjacent ponds. Each house has its own carport for parking, whilst visitors can park within the star-shaped layout. There are four types of house on Ravensteinerf.


**Layout:**
Through the entrance hall, which has a toilet, you enter the spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, extractor hood and connections for a dishwasher and fridge. A fixed staircase leads to the landing on the first floor. Adjacent to this landing are a spacious bedroom, a spacious study and a storage cupboard. On the second floor, you will find a second and third bedroom, a second toilet and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom features a bath, shower and two washbasins.
