Ravensteinerf:
The homes at Ravensteinerf are part of the "de Citadel" project and are located in the Reeshof. The Reeshof is an attractive neighbourhood with a very favourable location. The facilities are optimal with a shopping centre, primary schools, secondary schools and various neighbourhood centres. The area is optimally accessible thanks to its own train station and various bus connections. The townhouses are located along the waterfront. There are four types of homes on Ravensteinerf.

Type 1+ 2 (mirrored):
Through the entrance, with toilet, you enter the living room where you can create a lovely sitting area. The dining room has an open connection to the living room. Adjacent to the dining room is the semi-open kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan and connections for dishwasher and fridge. The fixed staircase in the intermediate portal leads to the landing of the first floor. Here you will find 1 spacious bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, 2 washbasins and a 2nd toilet. On the second floor are the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms as well as two indoor storage rooms.

Type 3+ 4 (mirrored):
Through the entrance, with toilet, you enter the spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, extractor fan and connections for a dishwasher and fridge. A staircase leads to the landing on the first floor. Adjacent to this landing are a spacious bedroom, a spacious study and a storage cupboard. On the second floor, you will find a 2nd and 3rd bedroom, a second toilet and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and two washbasins.
