Koolhoven Outdoors!

In the very popular residential area "Koolhoven Buiten", MVGM Wonen leases 6 luxury semi-detached family homes and 39 luxury terraced family homes. The homes are diverse in terms of design. For example, in one house the kitchen is at the front (with or without a corner unit) and in another the kitchen is at the back; one house has French doors giving access to the back garden and the other 'only' windows. However, the homes do have a few things in common:
