Haarzicht is a new-build project with both owner-occupied and rental properties adjacent to the villages of Vleuten and Haarzuilens. Here you live in style, in rural and village surroundings but also with many amenities such as shops, schools and sports clubs of the village of Vleuten and the city of Utrecht nearby. Also, public transport connections are good due to the nearby location of Vleuten station.
The Haarzicht plan will include 126 free-sector rental homes with a diverse range of housing types. The spacious single-family homes will have floor areas ranging from 126 to 142 m2 and rental prices will vary between €1,065 and €1,350 per month.

Each flat also has a spacious garden with its own storage space.
Layout
Ground floor: the entrance hall provides access to the toilet, the meter cupboard and the living room. The bright living room is located at the rear of the house and offers access to the back garden. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen is accessible.

First floor: The first floor comprises three bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is fully equipped.

Second floor: A fixed staircase leads to the second floor. On the second floor cum attic, depending on the type of house, you can choose between a house with an open multifunctional space, or a fourth bedroom combined with open multifunctional space.
Location and accessibility
Haarzicht is located between the villages Vleuten and Haarzuilens in the vicinity of Haarzuilens estate. The estate, the meadows and willows give the surroundings a truly primal Dutch character. Within walking distance, Wielrevelt Haarzuilens is an ideal park for walking, playing sports or quietly enjoying nature. Also within walking distance is the Haarrijnse pond, a pleasant place to recreate on a beautiful sunny day. Incidentally, the beautiful De Haar castle is also just a stone's throw away.

In addition, the urban facilities of Vleuten and Utrecht city centre are also nearby. The Haarzicht project will include a primary school with childcare facilities and shops and sports facilities are within cycling distance.
Accessibility with public transport (bus and train station) at walking distance and direct links to the A2 and N230 (Zuilense Ring) is excellent.
