A Community Manager is on hand on site – if not in person, then online. They provide a watchful eye, a helping hand or lead the way with an initiative or event.

+Jack is on hand at De Syp to keep the building clean, in good condition and safe. +Jack is on duty for approximately 16 hours a week to carry out building rounds, perform maintenance work in and around your home, and identify and (where possible) resolve any building faults.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for a rental property, you must meet an income threshold.
Parking spaces are available beneath the complex in the Central Park car park. The cost for this is €208 (€198 + €10 service charges) per month. Please note: it is compulsory to rent a parking space with the property, unless otherwise stated and/or agreed.
