On location, a Community Manager is present, if not physically, then online. A watchful eye, a helping hand or a initiator of an initiative or event.

+Jack
In the Syp, +Jack is present to keep the building clean, whole and safe. +Jack is present approximately 16 hours a week to make building rounds, carry out work in and around your home and identify and (if possible) repair building faults.
Conditions

To qualify for a rental property, you must meet an income standard.
Parking spaces are available under the complex in the Central Park car park. They cost €208 (€198 + €10 service charge) per month. Please note that it is compulsory to rent a parking space with the property, unless otherwise stated and/or agreed.
