+Jack is on hand at De Syp to keep the building clean, in good condition and safe. +Jack is present for approximately 16 hours a week to carry out building rounds, perform maintenance work in and around your home, and identify and (where possible) resolve any building faults.
Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for a rental property, you must meet an income threshold.
Parking spaces are available beneath the complex in the Central Park car park. The cost for this is €208 (€198 + €10 service charge) per month. The minimum tenancy period for a parking space is six (6) months, with one month’s notice required.
