LIVVIN
Living in the Syp automatically means getting access to LIVVIN's services. At LIVVIN, we connect residents with each other, by being there in the living room, organising fun events and offering a digital platform.
The LIVVIN app is the central communication tool. It allows you to get to know your neighbours and the living environment in an accessible way, stay informed about events in the neighbourhood and arrange matters concerning your home.
On location, a Community Manager is present, if not physically, then online. A watchful eye, a helping hand or a initiator of an initiative or event.

+Jack
In the Syp, +Jack is present to keep the building clean, whole and safe. +Jack is present approximately 16 hours a week to make building rounds, carry out work in and around your home and identify and (if possible) repair building faults.

Conditions
To qualify for a rental property, you must meet an income standard.
Parking spaces are available under the complex in the Central Park car park. They cost €208 (€198 + €10 service charge) per month. Minimum rental period for a parking space is six (6) months with 1 month's notice.
