What we offer:
- Facilities: There are several facilities in the adjacent residential care centre The Bijnkershoek, you can visit a hair salon, shop, restaurant and there are activities for a fee.
- Care: Should you really need it, you can receive home care from AxionContinu. Among other things, they offer district nursing or the full package at home. This ranges from help with showering or taking medication to intensive nursing care. They will be happy to discuss the options with you.
- Safety: Each flat is connected to a nurse call system (VOS) for emergencies. In case of an emergency, you can immediately contact care staff.
- Living comfort: The social rental flats are designed for seniors aged 65 and over. There are 80 flats. different in size, but all designed so that seniors can continue living there independently for as long as possible. There are studios but also 2-room flats with a separate bedroom. All flats are at ground level and have an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The two-bedroom flats have a separate bedroom and a storage room. Properties on the ground floor have a garden.

- Lifts: There are two lifts at the entrances. These are so-called stretcher lifts
- Reception: You can ask your questions at the reception of De Bijnkershoek during opening hours.
- Service costs: You pay a monthly advance payment. Once a year, you will receive a final settlement of the service costs. If necessary, the amount of the advance payment will be adjusted.
