Bartok offers two different types of flat: a corner flat or a middle flat. These are all two-room flats, each with one separate bedroom. The flats have a floor area of 48 or 50 square metres.

All flats are fitted with a luxury kitchen featuring ATAG built-in appliances and a modern bathroom equipped with a designer radiator, washbasin and shower. In addition, the flats have a balcony or terrace and a private external storage room.

General layout
You enter the property and walk through the entrance hall to the open-plan kitchen, which is fitted with ATAG built-in appliances. Here, on your right, is the bedroom, which leads to the bathroom. The luxurious bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, radiator and a shower cubicle. Next to the bedroom is the separate toilet, behind which is a storage room with connections for a washing machine and tumble dryer. When you walk through the hall past the open-plan kitchen, you arrive in the living room. The living room provides access to the terrace or balcony, depending on the type of flat.

Location and accessibility
At Bartok, you’ll live in a quiet area yet close to the action! It’s just a 6-minute cycle to the central station. And if you cycle a further 4 minutes, you’ll find yourself in the centre of Utrecht, at Neudeplein and the Oude Gracht. So you don’t have to go far to enjoy the city’s lively atmosphere.

Need to pop out for a few bits and pieces? That’s no problem either! Just a few minutes’ walk away is the local shopping centre in the Oog in Al neighbourhood, where you can pick up all your daily essentials. You’ll also find several primary schools, a library, a gym and the green city park here. It almost seems unnecessary, but should you want to leave the neighbourhood, it’s easily accessible by both car and public transport. You can be on the A2 or A12 motorway in no more than 10 minutes. And the bus and tram stops are just 500 metres away.
