Studio flats
On the ground floor, there are commercial spaces on one side (the west facade). On the other side (the east facade), there are 2 types of studio residences (A and H2/H3). These houses feature high ceilings (4.15 m) and a staircase to living room or studio space. Another big advantage of the studio houses: there is not only a separate entrance for private visits, but also a separate entrance from the facade for any business visits.

The flats are intended for candidates active in the cultural or art sector. This means that you must have business activities in the apartment and therefore keep a studio or home-based business.

Furthermore, Solo has several three- and four-bedroom flats. Within the housing programme, there is a lot of variety: free sector, mid-rent and friends' flats. Whether you want to live with your partner, children or friend, you determine the composition. Unique are the friends-apartments that you can share with whomever you want; the living room and kitchen are shared, but still offer enough privacy with your own bedroom and bathroom. Of course, this flat can also be shared with your family.

Another wonderful advantage; each flat has its own outdoor space and indoor storage. In Cartesius, the motto is 'healthy and green' so there is plenty of room for healthy activities. In the neighbourhood, there are plenty of opportunities for running, cycling or other sports. But there is also plenty of room for a relaxing walk. You can park your bike in the communal bike shed in the basement. And with that bike, you'll be in the historical centre of Utrecht in no time.

At the adjacent building Track you can use 6 shared cars. There is no private parking in front of the Solo building, nor can you claim a parking permit. Eleven paid parking spaces have been made available to Solo tenants under the yet-to-be-built Track building. There is no possibility to park in the public space
