Here you’ll live in a brand-new home, in an oasis of tranquillity just 8 minutes from Utrecht Central Station. Terwijde station is a 2-minute walk away, and from there it’s a 6-minute train ride. Prefer to cycle? It’s just 6 km to Utrecht city centre, and the journey takes about a quarter of an hour.
The 28 mid-range rental flats were completed in December 2022. The modern 3- and 4-room flats are situated on the 1st to the 5th floors and range in size from 61 to 95 m². Each flat has its own balcony of approximately 8–9 m² and a private storage room.
