Surroundings

- Tenancy period -

* For two incomes
• Where there are two incomes, the gross annual incomes of both partners are added together to determine the joint calculated income. The assessment is then based on the ratio between the two partners’ incomes within this joint calculated income.
• You may count both incomes at 100%, provided that one of you earns at least 70% of your total joint assessed income. The ratio must then be 70/30 or higher (for example, 80/20).
