On the western edge of Veldhoven, in the area between the Antwerpsebaan and the Roskam, Huysackers was recently developed into a beautiful new residential area. Huysackers is part of the Zilverackers neighbourhood, but it also resembles a village in itself. Living in Huysackers is therefore ideal for those who love the easy-going village life of Brabant, and of course for lovers of walking and cycling through the countryside, where large wooded areas and extensive farmland alternate.

Apart from all this, the accessibility of Huysackers in general and Nonnenpad in particular is very good. The slip road to the A67 motorway is only a few minutes away by car. Nearby Eindhoven can therefore be reached quickly, as can other cities in the area. The city centres of Veldhoven and Eindhoven are also easily accessible by bus. Indeed, the nearest bus stop is a few minutes' walk from Nonnenpad. In addition, there are various shopping areas and schools within limited walking or cycling distance.

On Nonnenpad, you will find a wide range of homes. For example, there are large detached houses, spacious semi-detached houses and beautiful corner houses and terraced houses, which also offer plenty of modern living comfort. The houses were completed around 2020 and were built sustainably. Thanks to a wide variety of facades, facade colours and designs, they also look great. Finally, as a resident, you will benefit from a nice amount of outdoor space. The terraced houses have a private front and back garden, while the semi-detached and detached houses have a large garden that runs (almost) entirely around the house.
