A total of 92 flats have been built in the ‘Holy Noord’ neighbourhood, which are seamlessly integrated into the ‘De Loper’ shopping centre complex. These residential units are situated above the commercial premises and are spread over three floors, divided into seven main types.

Vlaardingen has developed into a contemporary city with a population of around 75,000. The shopping centre stands out as a leading example within the urban environment and meets the most demanding standards. There is also an abundance of recreational and leisure facilities available. Another part of the complex offers views of the neighbourhood’s adjacent ‘green zone’.

Layout: All flats feature a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath or shower depending on the specific type, and a generously sized loggia. Within each entrance hall, there is a storage area for waste bins.
