A total of 92 flats have been built in the ‘Holy Noord’ neighbourhood, which are seamlessly integrated into the ‘De Loper’ shopping centre complex. These residential units are situated above the commercial premises and are spread over three floors, with seven main types available.

Layout: All flats feature a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath or shower depending on the specific type, and a generously sized loggia. Each entrance hall has a storage area for rubbish bins.
