Park070 is a housing project in Voorburg, on the former CBS site. The project is close to The Hague NOI railway station at 1.6 km and the surrounding offices. The overall plan consists of both owner-occupied and rented homes. All owner-occupied houses have been sold and in the next phase it is the turn of the rental houses.

The 55 rental homes are spread over a residential tower of 35 ground-floor flats located on the corner of Spinozapark and Nicolaas Beetslaan. The remaining 20 duplex flats are located on the top two floors of one of the wings, also with an orientation towards Nicolaas Beetslaan. The main entrance is on Prinses Beatrixlaan in Voorburg.
