Access to public transport is excellent. Bus and train services are within easy reach and close to the main roads leading to the A12 motorway towards Utrecht or The Hague.

To be eligible for our offer, you must meet the income criteria. As a rule of thumb, you can use the following formula: basic rent x 4 = gross monthly income (50 per cent of a second income may be included in the calculation). You may also include your holiday pay in the calculation; any financial obligations will be deducted from your income. If you are self-employed, you must be able to provide at least two years’ worth of business records, amongst other things.
