The target group for Burano is 55+*. If you do not meet this criterion but are still interested, please let us know! If there are no candidates in the 55+ target group, the property will be allocated by lottery amongst all interested parties.
*Applicants referred by the care provider De Zorgcirkel will always be given priority in the draw.
To be eligible for this property, you must meet an income threshold. For a single person, the income threshold is approximately 42 times the gross basic rent per year, with the second income being counted at 100 per cent.
