This modern complex is part of the Rokkeveen district in the south of Zoetermeer. From this quietly located residential building, you can walk straight into the beautiful Burgemeester Hoekstrapark. In fact, at the rear of the flats - where the balconies, terraces and conservatories are located - you have an unobstructed view of this water-rich park. Remarkably, you also look out over Watertoren De Tien Gemeenten, a water tower from 1927 that is still in use.

Ideally, it only takes a few minutes' walk from Juweellaan to reach Winkelcentrum Rokkeveen, an indoor shopping centre with supermarkets, restaurants and numerous shops. The nearest bus stop is even closer, while Zoetermeer's central train station is about 850 metres away. Juweellaan is also easily accessible by car. After all, in less than five minutes' drive you are on the arterial roads around the city, such as the N470 and the A12 motorway.

Zooming in on the residential complex itself, we see that this is a large apartment building with more than a hundred flats. However, the six-storey building has numerous entrances, which still gives residents the feeling of living in a small-scale complex. Completed in 1992, the building has both stairwells and lift systems. Downstairs in the building, there are numerous garages, hobby rooms and storage rooms that can be rented separately.

The flats themselves vary in size and number of rooms, and may therefore differ slightly in terms of layout. Usually, however, you first enter a central entrance hall, which provides access to the bedrooms (two, three or four of them), a storage room, a toilet room and a fully equipped bathroom. In addition, from the said hall you reach a spacious living room with a modern, (semi-)open kitchen. The living room also connects to a conservatory, balcony and/or terrace, from where you have an unobstructed view over the Burgemeester Hoekstrapark.

Finally, good to know: the bathroom is already fully finished and the kitchen has wall tiles and modern appliances such as an oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer. Other than that, you can furnish and decorate the flat in general and the floors (of the living room, kitchen, hallway and bedrooms) in particular as you wish.
