This small-scale apartment complex was built in 2014 in the family-friendly residential area of Ittersum, in the south of Zwolle. You live here on a traffic-free parallel road of the Oldeneelallee. This is an important through road, offering quick access to the N337 and the A28 motorway. For supermarkets, shops and cosy restaurants, however, you can also just cross the Oldeneelallee. The atmospheric Zwolle Zuid shopping centre is just across the road.

The 22 flats of this modern residential complex vary in size, between 96 and 100 square metres. In this three-storey building, the flats have their own front door on a neat gallery. Only the six flats on the ground floor have a front door on the street.

There are three types of flats in this building, which differ slightly in terms of layout. In each flat, you first enter a spacious entrance hall, from which the spacious living room with open kitchen can be accessed. The latter is equipped with high-quality built-in appliances like a dishwasher, gas hob, combination microwave oven, fridge/freezer and chimney hood.
