Residential information
Living in the practical homes on Sprengpad and Zomerdijkstraat in the De Rietkraag neighbourhood. Sprengpad is located on a car-free street; ideal for children! On Zomerdijkstraat, on the other hand, you can park your car in the street. We would like to give you some tips and information about the complex.

Facilities
The complex is located in Stadshagen district, near many important arterial roads. Some important amenities:
- The Stadshagen shopping centre is nearby, where all major amenities are located
- The Isala clinics are about 10 minutes away by car or bus.
- Various nurseries within walking distance.
- Gym located in the neighbourhood as well as various sports fields.
- The centre of Zwolle is just 10 minutes' cycling distance.
- The train station is also easily accessible and has direct connections to Amsterdam, among others.
- The connection to the roads leading to the A28 motorway is ideal.
- Stadshagen borders an extensive polder area and a large natural lake, in other words: lots of recreational opportunities for you and your family. There is also a lot of attention to greenery in the neighbourhood, such as parks, bushes and trees.

Public transport
Public transport is well organised in Zwolle and the Stadshagen district. Buses run through the neighbourhood, taking you soon to the city centre of Zwolle.

Schools
Stadshagen itself has several primary schools. Check www.basisschoolzwolle.nl. There is therefore ample choice for a primary school. Colleges are also present in Zwolle itself. Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, for instance, is located here.

The residences

TV, radio and telephone connections
Connections for television, landline phone and internet are in your home. Of course, you should choose the provider yourself. If you have specific questions about this, it is best to discuss them at the completion inspection or inquire with the provider beforehand.

NUTS facilities
At the key handover, we will note the meter readings of water, electricity and gas/district heating meters together with you. We can send these to the various NUTS companies (water company and Nuon) for you, so you don't have to worry about them and can get busy with the move.

Parking
You can park freely in this neighbourhood. At Zomerdijkstraat, this is possible right in front of the door. This is public parking. Sprengpad has space for parking in the side streets.

Household and bulky waste
Each residence has its own waste container, which is emptied weekly. You should put it on the street yourself, at the designated place.

Do you have waste that does not fit in these containers? Then it is strictly forbidden to deposit this waste next to the containers or on the street. You should take this waste to a recycling platform yourself, or contact the municipality for collection of this waste. Zwolle has a bulky waste station at Rijnlandstraat 2 (Hessenpoort).

Gardens
Garden maintenance should be maintained by each resident themselves.

There are no service charges included for this property.

Noise pollution
Of course, everyone wants to hang something on a wall or partition from time to time. Please be aware that this may cause nuisance for your neighbours. To minimise this, we ask every resident not to carry out any noise-causing work before 10 a.m. and after 8 p.m. on weekdays. On weekends, do not start earlier than 10am either. We also ask you to limit other noise pollution, such as music and loud conversations, as much as possible.

Pets
Pets are allowed, provided they do not disturb other residents. Of course, you will have to remove any dirt caused by your pet yourself.

Tenants' association
There is no tenants' association active for these residences. If you have any ideas regarding the residences or the neighbourhood, you can always report them directly to the caretaker.
