On the outskirts of the city centre and near the UMCG, we let out flats on Hanzeplein in Groningen. The 17-storey apartment block is beautifully situated amongst the surrounding buildings. Its south side rises from the water of the adjacent canal, in which the imposing structure is beautifully reflected.This ‘residential tower’ comprises 65 exceptionally beautiful, spacious flats, spread across 15 floors, each with four flats, and two floors, each with three flats.

Both the basement and the ground floor are set aside for the various spacious storage rooms, with one allocated to each flat. From the higher-level flats in particular, you have a magnificent view over the city of Groningen, with the Martini Tower as its impressive centrepiece.
