The 160 rental flats are spread over the 1st to 9th floors. These flats consist mainly of 3-room flats of around 50 m2 to 100 m2 and some 2-room flats of 49 m2 on average. The flats are located on Solitudolaan and Lindenhoevestraat.

State is in a unique location in Amsterdam, next to the popular Amstelkwartier. The area is right next to the Amstel River and the Weespertrekvaart. On the other side of the water, the area borders Watergraafsmeer, an attractive residential area in Amsterdam East.
