In the centre of Groningen, we rent luxury glass flats and 3 city flats in the residential area Ciboga. The residential area of Ciboga is part of Groningen city centre. Facilities such as shops, schools and sports facilities are located nearby. Cars are kept out of the streetscape as much as possible. Parking is possible in the car park under the complex (Circusgarage). This requires a subscription via the municipality.

In Schots 1, on the corner of Korreweg, Boterdiep and Bloemsingel, we let 101 glass flats, varying in type. The complex consists of three towers of seven floors. The flats have large floor-to-ceiling windows. All flats are accessible by lift. Layout glass flats (different types):spacious living room with open kitchen, two bedrooms, separate toilet and a spacious indoor storage room. In some cases, the flat has an extra dining or study room. All flats have an indoor conservatory. The semi-open kitchen has standard equipment that only allows electric cooking.

In Schots 2 we rent 3 city flats. The flats are far from standard and have a playful and asymmetrical layout. The flats are fully clad with large, wooden Western Red Cedar panels.The layout of these flats are the same as the glass flats.In addition, there are 2 single-family homes in Schots 2. Layout 33 single-family houses (different types):The single-family houses come in different housing types that vary in size, number of floors and layout. There are homes with roof terrace, garden, patio and garden and patio.

Each house has a minimum of two and a maximum of five bedrooms. All bathrooms have bathtubs as standard. The top floor of the houses usually has a bedroom or study or an indoor storage room. All residences on the Bloemsingel have a view of a pond, and the kitchen has a standard layout that only allows electric cooking. Layout of 8 city maisonettes (different types):The eight spacious city maisonettes differ in layout. Each house has two floors. Depending on the layout, the L-shaped living room with open kitchen is located on the first or second floor. In all types, the entrance is on the first and the conservatory is on the second floor. Each property has three rooms that can be used as bedrooms or workrooms. Furthermore, each maisonette has a toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub, a second toilet and a deep walk-in closet. The kitchen has standard equipment in which only electric cooking can be used.
