The new building offers 74 ground-floor flats in the free sector, in three types. There are 63 two-bedroom flats with minor differences between them. The surface areas range from 63 to 67 m2. Five three-room flats have a surface area of 98 m2. Six three-room flats are between 91 and 104 m2.
All flats have a balcony or garden. The flats have a high level of finishing and include kitchen facilities with appliances.

Social rental apartments
The 32 social rental flats are located in the bright buildings next to De Wartburg. The flats vary in size and are suitable for both singles and couples. The flats are at ground level and have an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Some have a balcony or a garden.
What we offer:
- Facilities: The Wartburg offers extensive facilities, such as a restaurant where you can enjoy a hot meal if there is room, a cosy meeting room for activities and various social events.
- Care and safety: Should you really need it, you can receive home care from Axioncontinu. Among other things, we offer district nursing or the full home package. This ranges from help with showering or taking medication to intensive nursing care. We will be happy to discuss the options with you. AxionContinu's care mediator can provide you with information.
- Living comfort: The flats are equipped with an open kitchen (electric cooking), a comfortable bathroom, and central heating. The quiet, green surroundings offer a nice home.

Additional information:
- Lifts: Lifts are located at the entrances, these are so-called fire card lifts.
- Reception: At the main entrance of The Wartburg is a reception desk. Here you can ask all your questions.
- Service costs: You pay a monthly advance payment. Once a year, you will receive a final settlement. If necessary, the amount of the advance payment will be adjusted.
