Drink your first coffee in the sun in the collective morning garden or have a drink with some neighbours while watching the sun set from the evening garden. Along several facades, you can see the greenery growing upwards. Finally, around the building you will find plenty of greenery, benches to sit on and beautiful art with light to admire.

Housing offer
There is a lot to choose from. The 239 rental flats are spread over 27 floors. There are studios, 2- and 3-bedroom flats and some 4-bedroom flats. Whatever you choose, you will always have a nice outdoor space located indoors, so you can enjoy sheltered privacy. There are no parking spaces at Crossroads. However, there is a collective bicycle shed in the building. This storage has high-low racks and is accessible via the water garden.
Crossroads is literally next to Sloterdijk train and bus station. Within 5 minutes you are in the centre of Amsterdam!

Everything new and luxurious
The nice thing about renting in Crossroads is that everything is new. That includes the kitchen and the bathroom. You will soon enjoy your kitchen with built-in appliances, including an induction hob. The layout of the kitchen (straight, corner or island) depends on the layout and size of the flat. The bathroom has a shower with a hard-glass shower enclosure, a washbasin with mirror and a towel radiator. Some flats have a double sink and/or a 2nd toilet. The walls are finished smooth in white. The finish is suitable for wallpaper or a light-coloured wall paint.

That gives a comfortable feeling
When it comes to technology, Crossroads moves with the times. The flats are equipped with a heat recovery system. This takes fresh air from outside and blows it into the living areas. This combined with the underfloor heating ensures a very comfortable feeling in the house.
