The houses in the block in which the terraced house is located are very diverse, giving them an attractive appearance from the outside alone. For instance, some of the mid-terrace houses have a staggered façade on the outside. This also applies to the corner houses. This gives the houses the attractive 1930s style. The atmosphere of the houses lies in several small details such as the attractive turn-tilt windows. How about the French doors from where you can reach the garden from the living room.

The house
For the terraced house, you reach the living room from the hall. Adjacent to the living room is the semi-open kitchen which is equipped with a fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven, gas hob, dishwasher and stainless steel extractor fan. From the living room, you have a view of the garden.

The surroundings

- Rental period -

- You may count both incomes at 100%, provided one of you earns at least 70% of your total joint computed income. The ratio is then 70/30 or higher (e.g. 80/20).
