* For two incomes:
• Where there are two incomes, the gross annual incomes of both partners are added together to determine the combined calculated income.
• If the joint gross annual income is between €44,863 and €57,280, it must be at least 51 times the basic monthly rent. In other words, this means that your combined gross monthly income must be at least 4.25 times the basic monthly rent.
• If the combined gross annual income exceeds €57,280, the combined gross annual income must be at least 48 times the basic monthly rent. In other words, this means that your combined gross monthly income must be at least 4 times the basic monthly rent.
