Who can rent a flat in Paddington?
You can rent an apartment if you will live in it yourself and register at the rented address in the Basisregistratie Personen (BRP) of the municipality of Amsterdam after moving in. Another important condition is that you have sufficient income to pay the rent, now and in the future. Income guidelines apply for this. It is also necessary that you do not have a negative BKR registration. Part of the rental procedure we carry out is a BKR Credit Check and/or Sanction Test.
