The 239 rental flats are spread over 27 floors. There are studios, 2- and 3-bedroom flats and some 4-bedroom flats. Whatever you choose, you will always have a nice outdoor space located indoors, so you can enjoy sheltered privacy. There are no parking spaces at Crossroads. However, there is a collective bicycle shed in the building. This storage area has high-low racks and is accessible via the water garden.

After 1 year of renting, the rent is terminable per month.

The app is set up so that you can stay well informed, but you don't have to follow every conversation or development. You decide which groups you join and when you receive notifications or not.

Income requirements:
To rent a property, you must meet an income requirement: the gross (joint) monthly income - excluding allowances and holiday pay - must be at least 3.5 times the basic monthly rent. Any equity present counts for 5% of the annual income.

For renting 119 mid-rent homes in Crossroads, the rental is bound by the rules of the housing regulation.
Your taxable (joint) annual income is therefore a maximum of € 81,633 for a 1-person household or € 89,821 for a 2 or more-person household (price level 2025).

Also note the income requirement you must meet!
You should apply for the housing permit as soon as you have signed the tenancy agreement. You will receive a message about this from MVGM after signing the contract. Failure to do so and moving into the property without a permit may result in an administrative fine as a penalty from the municipality. The costs for a housing permit are Euro 79.90 (price level 2025), which you must pay to the municipality during the application process.
