Parkrand comprises five residential towers, each eleven storeys high, resting on a shared plinth. The top two storeys of the towers form a continuous floating beam.

**Layout**
Central entrance with access to the inner courtyard; this is the first floor. Upon entering the flat, you will find the toilet and storage space for the washing machine/tumble dryer on the left, followed by the bathroom, two bedrooms and then the living room with an open-plan kitchen fitted with built-in appliances. The balcony is also accessed from here.

The advance payment for heating costs is 200 per month.

The area has now become a paid parking zone; there is the option to rent a parking space in the underground car park – availability can be found on our website.

**Location and accessibility**
A one-minute walk away, you’ll find tram and bus routes connecting the neighbourhood with the rest of the city. Sloterdijk station is a 5-minute cycle ride away. By car, you can quickly reach the A10 or A9 motorways. On-street parking is now subject to a charge, but it is possible to rent a permanent parking space in the underground car park beneath the complex.

Dr. H. Colijnstraat is a street in the Geuzenveld district of Amsterdam. The street was built in the mid-1950s and forms part of the Geuzenveld ring road. On the edge of Eendrachtspark, the residential building named ‘Parkrand’ was built on the site where three blocks of flats with porches once stood at right angles to the park.
