Justus - Middle rental

All homes in Justus are mid-rent homes. Medium-rent is for those who earn too much for social rent, but too little for private rent or sale. Affordability is an important factor in medium-rent homes. That is why there are long-term rent agreements between the landlord and the municipality of Amsterdam.

Middle-income income limits
There is also an income limit for middle-income households. The limit is laid down in Article 10 of the Housing Act. The following income limits apply as of 1 January 2026:
- €70,149 for single-person households;
- €93,531 for multi-person households.


Justus - Location

Living in Justus means enjoying a view over the river IJ and the city of Amsterdam! Where several ships are waiting in front of the Oranjesluizen, which is located on the east side of the IJ. The Oranjesluizen were designed and built by Justus Dirks in the 19th century.

Justus is a striking building in a prime location within Amsterdam. There is a combination of low-rise and high-rise buildings. Below, there is space for fitness and catering.
The building has no less than 32 floors and offers space for 289 flats ranging from approx 50 to approx 72 m2 with two or three bedrooms and all have a balcony.
