Develstein is a unique complex in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The project consists of two low-rise blocks and 1 L-shaped building with 3 height accents. The flats range in size from 53 to 75 m², from two- to four-bedroom flats, with a balcony or terrace.

There is a car park but currently all parking spaces have been let. As soon as one becomes available you can see it on our website.

Layout
Upon entering the flat on the 1st floor you will see the bedroom on the right, in the hall the toilet and storage space for the washer/dryer, then the bathroom, and then the living room with open kitchen equipped with built-in appliances. Here is also the access to the balcony/terrace.

Income requirement
In order to qualify for this property, you must meet the stipulated income requirement. The bare monthly rent times 48 must be the minimum gross annual income, whereby a second income may be counted for 75%.

We must "allocate appropriately", which means that you cannot earn too little or too much. An exact upper limit is not specified.
