Arnhem Schuytgraaf
Living in the new district Wilgenvliet in Schuytgraaf, is pleasant living in a neighborhood with lots of greenery and water. The new construction apartments of Parkpaviljoen Wilgenvliet are located on the northern edge of Schuytgraaf, between this lively neighborhood and the floodplains of the Lower Rhine.
Schuytgraaf is characterized by its variety of beautiful neighborhoods. All have their own character surrounded by greenery and necessary facilities. In and around the neighborhood there is plenty of greenery and water, with plenty of room for activities and relaxation. Schools, health care, stores and sports clubs make Schuytgraaf a complete neighborhood. In the center at NS-station Arnhem-zuid you will find a variety of stores. The NS-station Arnhem-Zuid, two bus lines, the connection to the A50 and the A325 make the Betuwe villages in the green area easily accessible.
Wilgenvliet Park Pavilion
The park pavilion consists of six residential floors. Visitors who report to the entrance hall, you can give access from your apartment to the elevator or stairwell. Each apartment also has its own storage room on the first floor, for your bicycle, for example. These storerooms are accessible both directly from outside and through the entrance hall.

On the ground and 1st floors there are 3 and 6 three-room apartments, respectively. On the floors above, there are 5 three-room apartments and one four-room apartment per floor. All apartments have a generous entrance hall with access to a toilet room and a meter and wardrobe closet. Attached to the hall is also the technical room cum storage room, including the connections for the washing machine and dryer.
For the three-room apartments, you have a choice of apartments with floor areas ranging from approximately 76 m2 to 90 m2.

The 4 four-room apartments, on the 2nd through 5th floors, face northwest and offer views of the water and greenery surrounding the apartment complex. The 3 bedrooms make these ideal apartments for families with young children. And certainly for people whose children no longer live at home but who still regularly have guests. Moreover, the great advantage of an apartment is that you do not have the worry of a garden. And when you go on vacation, that you can close the door behind you.
There is plenty of public parking in the vicinity of (and in front of) the building.
