Haagse Beemden is a city district to the northwest of Breda's city centre and consists of several suburbs.

The neighbourhoods were built from the early 1980s onwards, including the Asterd neighbourhood, in which the flats on Jupiterlaan are located. Bus connections connect Haagse Beemden with the centre of Breda. There is a pick-up point directly near this apartment complex. Prinsenbeek NS railway station can be reached fairly quickly by bicycle. In the immediate vicinity is a fairly large shopping centre called 'Heksenwiel', with a wide variety of shops.
