In Blue, you have many different housing types, including these space flats. Within the flat type, you have different versions, from 1 to 3 bedrooms. You have the luxury of being able to use both your own balcony and the communal courtyard garden!

Entrance
The flats are the find on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of Blue. To get to the flats, you can use the lift or the stairs. The first space in the flats is the corridor. The corridor contains a storage room, separate toilet, bathroom and bedroom(s).

Bathroom
The bathroom is the last facility in the corridor of the flats. Like the toilet, the bathroom has a luxurious look. In the bathroom, you have a spacious walk-in shower and a sink with mirror.

Bedroom(s)
The flat house type has different output in terms of bedrooms. There are flats with 1 bedroom, but also with 2 and even 3 bedrooms.

Living room and kitchen
The living rooms in the flats are spacious and very light thanks to the large windows. On one side of the living room you have the corner kitchen and on the other side the balcony. The kitchens in the flats run in an L-shape, this includes the following amenities:
- Dishwasher
- Combination oven
- Induction hob
- Extractor fan
- Refrigerator and freezer

So you have a wide choice of museums, churches and other monuments. The compact city centre is perfect for exploring on foot. With its canals, centuries-old facades and cosy squares, it is great to wander around.

A park next door
In the flats, you live right next to the new Van Leeuwenhoekpark city park. This is a park 600 metres long. It is unique because it is located on the roof of the railway tunnel!

Choice of amenities is overwhelming!
We mentioned earlier: You live in the middle of the city centre in New Delft. This therefore includes all the amenities you can think of in the city centre! So you have a shopping centre, other shops, supermarkets and medical facilities, all within walking distance!

Accessibility
Because you live so centrally, you can basically do everything on foot or by bike! But should you need to travel further, you also have excellent public transport connections. In Blue, you live just 500 metres from Delft Central Station. At this station, you can travel across the country by train! It is also a fine location by car. In just 6 minutes' drive you are already on the motorway.
