Living in the Blue complex means living in a beautiful apartment complex right in the historic centre of Nieuw Delft! Blue is one of the 5 residential blocks of the overall project called Guldenwater in Delft. You will recognise Blue by its light-coloured facade, on the left-hand side of the total project.

If you come to live in this complex, you can use the communal courtyard garden. This is a beautiful butterfly garden, with a winding path running through it. A nice and playful place to get some fresh air or enjoy the sun.

A park next door
In Blue, you live right next to the new Van Leeuwenhoekpark city park. This is a park 600 metres long. It is unique because it is located on the roof of the railway tunnel!

Choice of amenities is overwhelming!
We mentioned earlier: You live in the middle of the city centre in New Delft. This therefore includes all the amenities you can think of in the city centre! So you have a shopping centre, other shops, supermarkets and medical facilities, all within walking distance!

Accessibility
Because you live so centrally, you can basically do everything on foot or by bike! But if you do need to travel further, Blue also has excellent public transport connections. After all, Blue is only 500 metres from Delft Central Station. At this station, you can travel across the country by train! It is also a fine location by car. In just 6 minutes' drive you are already on the motorway.

In Blue, you have many different housing types, including these space flats. Within the type of flats, you have different versions, from 1 to 3 bedrooms. You have the luxury of being able to use both your own balcony and the communal courtyard garden!

Entrance
The flats are the find on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors of Blue. To get to the flats, you can use the lift or the stairs. The first space in the flats is the corridor. The corridor contains a storage room, separate toilet, bathroom and bedroom(s).

Storage
In the storage room you have the connection for the washing machine and dryer. The heating installations are also located here.

Toilet
The separate toilet is fully tiled, which gives a luxurious look. Besides the hanging toilet itself, you also have a water basin, for washing your hands.

Bathroom
The bathroom is the last facility in the flat corridor. Like the toilet, the bathroom has a luxurious look. In the bathroom, you have a spacious walk-in shower and a sink with mirror.

Bedroom(s)
The flat house type has different output in terms of bedrooms. There are flats with 1 bedroom, but also with 2 and even 3 bedrooms.

Living room and kitchen
The living rooms in the flats are spacious and very light thanks to the large windows. On one side of the living room you have the corner kitchen and on the other side the balcony. The kitchens in the flats run in an L-shape, this includes the following amenities:
- Dishwasher
- Combination oven
- Induction hob
- Extractor fan
- Refrigerator and freezer

Balcony
The location of the balcony varies from one flat to another. The balconies are located on the west, east or southeast, where you can enjoy at least the morning sun! Want to sit in the sun longer and more? Then you can always use the communal courtyard garden. This is a beautiful butterfly garden, with a winding path running through it.
