Surroundings
Parking facilities are available in the immediate vicinity of Adagio and can be rented via a third party. You can also park your bicycle in the parking garage via the entrance on the Amare side. Ideal if you live in the city.

Renting in Adagio equals choosing quality. The kitchen is modern and luxurious. The kitchen has a black composite worktop that incorporates the stainless steel sink with mixer tap and induction hob. Conditions
To qualify for this rental property, you must meet a number of rental conditions. These include a minimum gross income of 3.75 times the basic rent. The income of a partner counts for 75% in the calculation. You must have a gross monthly income of €4,125 for this property.

The basic rent is € 1,100 per month.
