The location
De Morgenzon is located in the colourful Transvaal district of The Hague. This part of the district has seen substantial investment in new housing in recent years. For example, De Morgenzon is located opposite the striking new De Oriënt housing project. A little further on are the new homes of Via Salsa and Cabo Verde. These new construction projects have created a varied housing supply and population composition in the neighbourhood. De Morgenzon is the capstone of this large-scale renewal.
Transvaal itself is bustling. The many shops on Kempstraat and Paul Krugerlaan are well-known throughout The Hague. There are plenty of places to eat, as well as schools and sports and health facilities. The cosy Haagse Markt is at walking distance.

The project
The project comprises a total of 86 homes, including 13 owner-occupied units, 15 social rental units and 58 free-sector rental units.

The rental homes
The single-family homes in De Morgenzon are three-storey houses with five or six rooms. Each home has a garden with private storage.

On the ground floor is the living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is already fitted with the necessary appliances as standard. On the 1st floor are two spacious bedrooms and a luxury bathroom. On the 2nd floor there are two more bedrooms and a separate room for the washing machine and dryer.
