These spacious single-family houses are located in Duiven Zuid. Duiven Zuid is one of Duiven's wetland areas and located south of the railway line. Duiven South also offers a range of amenities such as shops, schools, sports fields and green spaces.

Centrally located in the Duiven Zuid district, Het Eiland was built with shops, homes, schools and a cultural centre surrounded by water features.
