You can choose from 6 different flats. The layout varies depending on the location. Most of the flats are 50 m² in size and have 1 bedroom. However, there are also flats measuring 75 m². These have 2 bedrooms and a balcony. These are situated on the 3rd to the 9th floors. All other flats have a door leading onto a French balcony, so you can always let plenty of light and sunshine into your home.

What makes House of Groningen special is the way we hand over the flats. You get value for money here. As well as a fully fitted kitchen and a beautifully fitted bathroom, the flooring is already laid, the walls are finished, we’ve hung the curtains and basic lighting is in place. Ideal when you’re just starting out – you won’t have to incur high costs straight away. Bring in your own furniture, make it cosy and feel at home.

Whilst you’re doing your washing in the communal launderette, you can play a game of table tennis with your neighbour, and during a talk or workshop you’ll get to know other people. You can also work in the communal lounge. Grab a coffee from the coffee bar, open your laptop and catch up on your emails. You’re off to see a client in a moment, so you’ll use the shared car parked next to the building. Otherwise, you do everything by bike. It’s always safe and dry, as there are several communal bike storage facilities in the building.
