Helmond is known for its many green spaces, its special architecture (think of the cube houses and the very varied housing estates in Brandevoort neighbourhood),an extensive range of shops, art and the beautiful castle. Subplan Ruyschenberg (part of De Groene Loper district) is within walking distance from the centre of Helmond, with nature (Warande and Bundertjesbos) and relaxation (golf course) literally around the corner. The district is part of De Groene Loper and is located on the northern side of the city, adjacent to the Zwanenbeemd. All urban amenities are close by.
Helmond's accessibility by public transport is good, partly due to a rail connection that runs straight through the borough and has several boarding points. The municipality is also easily accessible by car, although this is always via N-roads.

The Esdoornhof is located parallel to Zuid-Willemsvaart / Kanaaldijk N.W. in Helmond West. The single-family houses at Esdoornhof are complete, luxuriously finished homes in, unsurprisingly, a courtyard. There are four housing types:

Type A1: living area of 111 m2, 3 bedrooms and an open loft.
Type A2: living area of 111 m2, 3 bedrooms and an extra bedroom on the 2nd floor.
Type B1: living area of 123 m2, 3 bedrooms and an open loft.
Type B2: living area of 123 m2, 3 bedrooms and an extra bedroom on the 2nd floor.

The houses are all garden-oriented, meaning that the living room is at the rear and the kitchen at the front. The open, corner kitchen is fully equipped, with built-in appliances. The bathroom is luxuriously equipped with a bath and separate shower with glass shower door, washbasin and a second toilet.

All properties have a separate storage room in the rear garden. Parking is available on your own plot at the front of the property.
