Subplan Ruyschenberg (part of De Groene Loper district) is within walking distance from the centre of Helmond, with nature (Warande and Bundertjesbos) and relaxation (golf course) literally around the corner. The district is part of De Groene Loper and is located on the northern side of the city, adjacent to the Zwanenbeemd. All urban amenities are close by.
Helmond's accessibility by public transport is good, partly due to a rail connection that runs straight through the borough and has several boarding points. The municipality is also easily accessible by car, although this is always via N-roads.

The Esdoornhof is located parallel to Zuid-Willemsvaart / Kanaaldijk N.W. in Helmond West. The single-family houses in the Esdoornhof are complete, luxuriously finished houses in, unsurprisingly, a courtyard.

The houses all face towards the garden, meaning that the living room is at the rear and the kitchen at the front. The open kitchen, in corner arrangement, is fully equipped, with built-in appliances.
