House type A and B
Through the entrance hall, where the toilet and stairs to the first floor are located, you enter the spacious living room with open-plan kitchen at the front of the house. The seating area is situated at the back garden which is accessible via a wicket door. On the first floor are 3 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine connection. A fixed staircase leads to the 2nd floor with the possibility of a 4th bedroom or storage space.

House type C
Unlike house types A and B, this house has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor 1 bedroom, 2nd bathroom with shower and toilet and storage space.


Kaatsheuvel, one of the village centres of Loon op Zand, is of course primarily known for De Efteling. However, the amusement park is only part of the range of amenities. The hospitable municipality in the heart of Brabant offers thousands of hectares of natural beauty, a choice of cafés and restaurants and cosy shopping centres. Besides the modern cities of Tilburg and Eindhoven, historical cities such as Breda and 's-Hertogenbosch are also nearby. Thanks in part to the many tourist attractions, accessibility by both public transport and car is very good.
